Ingredients Notes

  • Avocado

Avocados leave creaminess in the salad, so make sure their firmness. Squeeze the avocado to check its firmness; it’s ready to eat if it yields a bit. Perfectly ripe avocados give you the salad that you want.

  • Eggs

You must take 2 eggs to add to the salad. Add as much as you want.

  • Olive Oil

Whisk the olive oil with fresh lime juice before adding the avocado and onions; it will give the salad a luxurious dressing.

  • Garlic

It may be an optional ingredient, as most people don’t like the taste of garlic. Still, I recommend adding garlic to make the salad a bit spicy.

  • Parsley

This green vegetable adds healthy and rich flavors; make sure to add fresh parsley to the salad.

  • Tomatoes

Tomatoes are the main ingredients of every salad. They add texture to the salad. If you have juicy tomatoes at home, then grab 150-gram cherry tomatoes.

  • Yellow Pepper

Colorful red or yellow bell peppers add spice and crunch to the salad. If you have both, that is perfect; you can add only one if you do not want to add too much pepper.

  • Lettuce Leaves

Lettuce leaves are a healthy vegetable. Go to the nearby grocery store and buy fresh, green lettuce leaves.

  • Fresh Herbs

Tenderize the recipe using fresh herbs like parsley, basil, and spinach. It is the finest savory ingredient in the recipe.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Use apple cider vinegar to add nip to the salad. It cuts the taste of rich flavor onions. To add flavors to the recipe, you can add them.

  • Onion

Spring onions are the best addition to the salad. Chop onions perfectly and add them to the salad for perfect flavor and complexity.

  • Feta Cheese

If you like cheesy salads, feta cheese will be perfect.

  • Bavarian Mustard

To make the sauce thick and creamy, take 1 tablespoon of Bavarian mustard.

  • Balsamic Vinegar

Adding vinegar will enhance the sour and citrusy flavors of the salad.
