How to Make Beef and Broccoli?
- Add soy sauce, lime juice, one tablespoon of brown sugar, and corn starch in a medium bowl and mix them well.
- After that, add a steak seasoned fully with salt and black pepper, mix it thoroughly with the mixture prepared before, and let it marinate for twenty minutes.
- Take a large skillet, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat it on medium flame.
- Then add that marinated piece of the streak and cook one side for two minutes. Two minutes should at least be given to each side. After frying the steak, take it out and set it aside.
- Heat till the garlic is aromatic, approximately 1 minute. Mix in the other 1 tsp tapioca until the garlic is covered.
