Things to remember before making the Seafood Lasagna

Cutting technique

Cut the vegetables finely. If the vegetables are not of perfect small size, they will taste separated from the dish, and they will destroy the essence of the dish.

Boiling the pasta

Boil the pasta with appropriate heat, do not overcook it, and it will become tender and undercooked pasta will taste bad. Take care while layering the lasagna, and be careful when you assemble the components.

Cooking Seafood

Cook the Seafood until it turns pink. Do not overcook it. If your Seafood is brown colored, it means it is burnt or overcooked. Set the flame to medium while cooking the Seafood to avoid any mishaps.

Stir vegetables and spices thoroughly

After adding the spices to the vegetables, keep stirring; otherwise, the filling will taste burnt. Take notice of the time. Your slight neglection will destroy the essence of this recipe.
