Prevent Overcooking

As we will use eggs and cheese in the recipe, overcooking can change the taste and texture of the Egg Bites. Overcooking the Egg Bites can make the texture rubbery and tough because eggs are used. Bake the Egg Bites until ready to serve. You can reheat to keep them tender.

Finely Chopped Filling

This Starbucks Egg Bite recipe includes vegetables and meat, though they are not much bigger. Finely chopping the vegies and meat can provide a better texture and taste.
