Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 1 can pinto beans or black beans, drained and rinsed (15 ounces)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Catalina or French Dressing
  • 2 cups Doritos

How to Make?

  • Turn on the stove and saute the ground beef in a skillet with oil until it turns brown.
  • Once the beef changes its color, remove the skillet from heat and remove the excessive oil.
  • Toss the beef with taco seasoning until well coated. Keep it aside.
  • Wash and cut the veggies like lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  • Top with crushed Doritos while serving.
