1 pound lean ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 1 head of iceberg lettuce chopped 2 Roma tomatoes diced ¼ cup sliced black olives ¼ cup green onions chopped 1 can pinto beans or black beans, drained and rinsed (15 ounces) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup Catalina or French Dressing 2 cups Doritos
Turn on the stove and saute the ground beef in a skillet with oil until it turns brown.
Once the beef changes its color, remove the skillet from heat and remove the excessive oil.
Toss the beef with taco seasoning until well coated. Keep it aside.
Wash and cut the veggies like lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
Top with crushed Doritos while serving.
