Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Fusilli pasta
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 14 Oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, cut in half
  • ¾ cup bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup baby tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup celery, thinly sliced into half moons
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

How to Make?

  • Cook pasta until al dente.
  • Prepare dressing with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine pasta, vegetables, and dressing.
  • Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with basil. Serve chilled.
