Best Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad is a culinary masterpiece that combines the essence of pasta with an array of fresh vegetables and a zesty dressing

Marinating Time 30 minutes mins
Total Time 50 minutes mins
- 8 Oz Fusilli pasta
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 14 Oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, cut in half
- ¾ cup bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup baby tomatoes, cut in half
- ¼ cup celery, thinly sliced into half moons
- ¼ red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Cook pasta until al dente.
Prepare dressing with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Combine pasta, vegetables, and dressing.
Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Garnish with basil. Serve chilled.
