Sweet and sour meatballs with pineapple is another savory slow cooker recipe you can try. It is easy to make as you do not struggle with the meatballs.

28 ounces meatballs (frozen) 20 ounces pineapple chunks (canned, spare the juice) 1 green pepper (diced) 1 cup brown sugar ⅔ cup vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp cornstarch
Separate the pineapple chunks and juice into two bowls.
Add frozen meatballs to the 4-6-quart crock pot and top them with pineapple chunks and green peppers.
Add brown sugar, soy cause, vinegar, and corn starch to the pineapple juice bowl. Whisk them well and combine
Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker
Cook it for about 2 hours on low settings
Once done, turn the settings to high and let the sauce thicken.
Once it reaches a specific consistency, turn off the heat and serve.
The frozen meatballs have different packaging and weight. So you need to pick up the most desirable ones.
Do not defrost the meatballs as it will sometimes cause them to lose their firmness.
If you don’t like peppers, you can leave them or add any other vegetable
Rice is a perfect side to add to the dish while serving.
