2 can Frozen Corn ½ cup Mayonnaise 1 cup Sour Cream 1 teaspoon Chili Powder 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese 2 tablespoons Lime juice 3 tablespoons Feta Cheese grated Cilantro for garnishing 1 teaspoon Salt
Obtain a decent bowl and put frozen corn in it.
Grate the Monterey jack cheese and mix it with the corn.
Put the lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder here.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream and add to the bowl.
Blend these using a spatula until evenly combined.
Transfer this mixture to a baking dish.
Preheat an oven, then bake the corn casserole for 30 minutes at 350°F (177°C).
Take it out of the oven after baking and garnish it with parsley.
Spread on top of grated feta cheese, then serve.
